Everyone insured who's going on the trip

  • Has a return trip booked
  • Has their main home address in the UK
  • Is a UK resident (living in the UK more than 6 months a year) and registered with a UK doctor
  • Is not travelling against medical advice or travelling to seek medical advice or treatment abroad
  • Understands that unless a valid pre-existing condition upgrade is in place, there's no cover for claims arising from pre-existing conditions or undiagnosed symptoms that you were aware of when booking the trip
